Privacy notice for this website
Short version: we collect only what we need to reach you and to understand how our website is used. We don't sell or share it, and we don't use advertising trackers.

What you send us
When you fill out the "Talk to us" form, we receive your business name, your name, phone number, email address, type of business, town, roughly how many calls you miss, the best time to reach you, and any message you write.
Why: only to contact you about your request and to follow up on it. We email ourselves a copy so our team sees it quickly. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never give your details to anyone else for their marketing.
How we see what happens on the site
To learn which parts of the site are useful, our own website records, for each page view: the page, how long it was on your screen, how far you scrolled, which sections you saw, which buttons or questions you clicked, the website that linked you here (its name only), your general location (country, state and city, from your internet connection), and whether you used a phone or a computer.
- We don't use cookies or advertising trackers, and nothing is shared with Google, Facebook or other ad networks.
- We don't store your IP address. We keep a scrambled version of it only to stop spam and abuse.
- A random visit number is kept in your browser tab until you close it. If you send the form, we connect it to that visit, so we know which pages you read before reaching out.
- Our host, Cloudflare, also keeps basic traffic and security information to protect the site.
How long we keep it
Form requests are kept while we're talking with you and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Page-view records are kept for up to 13 months. Spam-protection records are deleted after 2 days.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare processes information about your browser for that check under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@zorrozeromissedcalls.app. We'll answer within 30 days.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the form is protected against spam and tampering. Only our team can see what you send.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
